Hot Pod delivers practical, all round advice.  The ‘hands-on’ store presentation manual was not only achievable but also sympathetic to our retailers’ needs and abilities.  The advice with regard to the marketing campaign that incorporated VM for non-franchise operators was fantastic as it tied in our external advertising campaign with in centre activity.
