Case study: enex100 / 100 St Georges Terrace

enex100ISPT is one of Australia’s premiere industry super funds with a portfolio of prime CBD assets including GPO in Melbourne, Wintergarden in Brisbane and 100 St Georges Terrace in Perth.

Hotpod’s involvement in the Perth development was to provide advisory services on the retail food offer but after the property was sold outright to ISPT in May 2008 another creative opportunity arose to re-think the building’s name and marketing strategy.

ISPT commissioned Cox Howlett & Bailey Woodland to create a unique interior and the previous branding was no longer deemed appropriate when placed against this futuristic design.

Hotpod went on to create a double brand strategy fitting to the décor and both the commercial and retail uses of the building. A play on words marketing campaign, incorporating the brand received an excellent score when tested with market research.
